Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on CacheDepot.com. On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the “Add to Cart” button from any product page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions.
Payment Options
Presently, Cache Depot accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.
Sales Tax
Because Cache Depot operates in Hawaii, we are required to collect 4.5% sales tax on orders shipped to a Hawaii address. Those who live outside Hawaii will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on CacheDepot.com, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state.
International Orders
At this time, Cache Depot cannot ship items outside the United States.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days, depending on in-stock availability. Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. Our minimum shipping & handling charge for items that do not qualify for free shipping, is $4.99.
Returns
We're happy to provide shipping returns within 14 days of your purchase. At this time, we cannot accept any shipping costs you may incur.
